  1. Heat your water to just below boiling
  2. Add your fresh, or dried, rosemary to a cloth reusable tea bag or a loose leaf tea pot
  3. Pour water over your rosemary, cover and let steep for 5-10 minutes
  4. **Note: Covering your tea while it brews is important because many of the nutrients in the tea can leave in the steam if tea is left uncovered while steeping.**

How to Enjoy

  • You can sip it right now and enjoy the benefits
  • Or, you can take it to the shower with you and gently pour over your scalp, massaging it in and letting it sit for a few minutes before rinsing it out
